BPSC Easter Meet - 11th and 12th April 2026

The Whales made the short journey to Basildon Sporting Village to attend the Basildon & Phoenix SC Easter meet. With a team of just over 70 swimmers, this event was a weekend of high-quality racing and was the last opportunity for our swimmers to obtain qualifying times for the upcoming SE London Regionals. There were some fantastic swims from our younger swimmers. A special mention goes to Sonny F, who had an exceptional weekend winning 7 gold medals. Sonny's impressive medal haul helped contribute to an astounding total medal haul of 50 gold, 52 silver and 55 bronze medals. In addition to the impressive medal haul, two new short course club records were claimed by Kaleb M in the boys 11 years 50m butterfly and Shane G in the boys 12 years 50m backstroke.
