London Legacy Meet - March 2026

The weekend of 28th-30th March saw the Whales send a small but very competitive team to the annual London Legacy Swim Meet at the LAC in Stratford.

The competition was structured with split age categories, featuring heats throughout the day and exciting finals in the evening. Qualifying for this meet was a significant achievement in itself, and reaching a final or securing a medal position was truly exceptional. The Whales rose to the occasion, delivering standout performances and setting new club records along the way. Congratulations to Joshua K who gained the London Legacy meet best record for 200m butterfly. Well done to our medal winners Shane G, Will F, Sean M and Joshua K. What a great weekend of swimming!
